Clarification of Border Points Can Only Be Discussed If Azerbaijani Forces Leave Armenian Territory: Mher Grigoryan

Accordingly, the clarification of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border points can only be discussed if Azerbaijani military units leave Armenian territory.
