France Expresses Concern Over Frequent Incidents at the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border
France has expressed concern over the frequent incidents at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the latest of which was the kidnapping of six Armenian soldiers by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on the night of May 26 to 27. This was stated in a press release from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“France calls on both parties to exercise maximum restraint and refrain from any provocations. The delineation and demarcation of borders between the two countries should be carried out through negotiations, without any incidents,” the French Foreign Ministry reported.
