Pashinyan's Signing Document Has Public and Secret Parts: Gabrielyanov

“Pashinyan is playing a very dirty game with the Armenian people. According to my information, he is preparing two documents. One of them is about absolutely nothing—everything for the best, against all bad. The second is a secret memorandum on the surrender of enclave territories and renouncing claims over Artsakh,” wrote media manager Aram Gabrielyanov, who resides in Russia.

“This secret memorandum is being drafted personally by Nikol Pashinyan along with his wife, with the participation of the Minister of Defense and the well-known Azerbaijan supporter Karapetyan. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ara Ayvazyan have been excluded from the document preparation process,” he wrote.
