Nine Questions Answered: Levon Ter-Petrosyan's Full Speech

Former President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan delivered a speech today at the congress of the "Armenian National Congress" party, where he notably stated:

"I will keep it brief because I am still not fully recovered. I have chosen the genre of a self-interview for my speech, taking into account the most pressing questions concerning the public."

He provided answers to nine questions that were of great interest to the public.
