The US Considers Azerbaijan's Actions Near Armenian Borders Provocative - State Department
The United States is closely monitoring the situation along the borders of Armenia and Azerbaijan and deems any troop movements in that region irresponsible. The US expects Azerbaijan to immediately withdraw all troops from the Armenian border and refrain from provocations.
