Even the worst dream of the most hopeless pessimist doesn’t consider that this government can be re-elected: Robert Kocharyan
I propose that both the first and third presidents unite in the struggle against this government, to fight every day, and if I am determined to fight, then we will achieve success; this is everyone's success.
This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, in response to a journalist's question following the signing of the memorandum of cooperation of the 'Armenia' alliance.
“Forming a united alliance or not forming one is one of the tactics of the struggle. I have decided to go to the elections in this format. I will welcome it if they fully engage with all their capabilities in the struggle. This struggle has two components - one is the fight against this destructive government, and the other is the fight for power. You can fight with the first component without engaging with the second, but not fighting with the first component is simply betrayal,” Kocharyan said.
In response to the question regarding the possible re-election of the current government, the second president said: “Even the worst dream of the most hopeless pessimist doesn’t consider that this government can be re-elected; I am speaking realistically,” he stated.
