VIDEO: Arman Tatoyan on the Rights of Those Fined for Not Wearing Masks
Today, the MP asked the Human Rights Defender whether citizens who were fined for not wearing masks in the past can appeal to the court. The issue arises from the fact that the legal norm which imposed fines on citizens during the coronavirus pandemic is still in effect today, although no one is currently being fined.
