I Couldn’t Say Such Nonsense: My Steppe Faction MP

Some media outlets have written that I stated in my speech today that Artsakh is Azerbaijan. I could not say such nonsense, nor could I think it. I couldn’t think like that not only as an MP but also as a person who has dedicated a significant part of his life to studying these issues. This was announced in parliament by MP Vladimir Vardanyan.

Vardanyan stated that he understands that his speech has been very painful for Azerbaijanis and certain circles, adding that the right of self-determination and independence of Artsakh is inviolable, and any manipulation will provoke a very strong response.
