Pashinyan Informs Putin About Domestic Political Situation in Armenia Ahead of June Snap Elections
A phone conversation took place at the initiative of the Armenian side between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. According to reports from the Kremlin press service, the discussion continued regarding the situation that has developed around Nagorno-Karabakh. It was noted with satisfaction that thanks to the efforts of Russian peacekeepers, the situation in the region remains stable and calm.
An exchange of views took place on current topics of bilateral cooperation, including in the energy sector. Nikol Pashinyan informed about the development of the domestic political situation in Armenia in connection with the snap parliamentary elections planned for June.
