"We Are the Owners of Our Land": Tree Planting Along the Border in Vorotan
Tree planting was carried out today in the border town of Vorotan. The information is provided by the Goris municipality.
“Tree planting along the border was conducted with the participation of Goris community leader Arush Arushanyan. Planting trees means affirming that we are the owners of our land, that we have lived here, will continue to live here, and will grow stronger,” the statement said.
The tree planting initiative was launched by Goris resident Mher Tatinyan. It is reminded that due to delimitation works after the ceasefire, Vorotan has become a border community.
