VIDEO: This is called 'беспредел': Levon Kocharyan

The son of Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan, Levon Kocharyan, wrote on his Telegram channel: "I see that many of you do not understand the legal nuances... (code, article, unconstitutional...) and all this confuses you. That is normal. If I try to explain simply, we have the following picture. Imagine you are told that you have committed an offense under article x. You open the book (the criminal code) and look for that article x, but you can't find it. Yet, you are still being pursued under that non-existent article x. This is called 'беспредел' (the extreme degree of lawlessness, disorder). This is the situation we have after the well-known decision of the Constitutional Court and today's latest disgraceful session."
