Argishti Mekhakyan to Replace Hambardzum Matevosyan as Armenian Governor
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to grant a leave of absence to Hambardzum Matevosyan. In accordance with Article 9, part 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Public Service and Article 10, part 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Regulation of Administrative Relations, it states:
1. To grant a portion of the annual minimum leave for the working year of 2019-2020 to Hambardzum Matevosyan, the Governor of Armavir Province, from April 14 to April 23, 2021, inclusive.
2. During Hambardzum Matevosyan's leave, he will be replaced by Argishti Mekhakyan, Deputy Governor of Armavir Province.
