1071 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Armenia

Yesterday, 5,959 tests were conducted, resulting in 1,071 new cases of the coronavirus disease being confirmed. This information was provided by the Ministry of Health of Armenia:

"As of March 20 at 11:00 AM, a total of 183,127 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 167,977 have recovered, and 3,332 have resulted in death. Currently, 10,963 patients are receiving treatment for the respiratory illness. In total, 799,637 tests have been conducted so far. Thus, yesterday, 5,959 tests were performed, and 1,071 new cases of the coronavirus disease were confirmed. We have 459 recoveries and 12 fatalities. The previous day, 4 death cases were recorded where patients had contracted the coronavirus infection, however, the cause of death was attributed to other underlying conditions. The total number of such cases is 855."
