First Court Session Date in Tigran Khachatryan Case Revealed; Respondent is the President of Armenia
The first court session in the case of Tigran Khachatryan, the former first deputy chief of staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, will take place on April 29, with Judge Meri Hambardzumyan presiding.
It is noteworthy that Khachatryan is seeking to invalidate the decree NХ-25-A issued by the President of Armenia on February 24, 2021, which deems him to be dismissed from his position.
The respondent in the case is none other than President Armen Sarkissian himself. The court has also involved the Prime Minister's Office and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia as third parties in this case.
