Criminal Case Initiated Against Jalal Harutyunyan for Attempted Murder, He has Been Questioned: Prosecutor's Office
The Prosecutor's Office has initiated a criminal case involving Jalal Harutyunyan, the former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army.
In response to a query from Tert.am, Arevik Khachatryan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office, stated, "A criminal case has been initiated at the military prosecutor's office of the Number 1 garrison under Article 34-104, parts 2, 6, and 13, as well as part 3, item 1 of Article 185 of the RA Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing."
When asked whether Jalal Harutyunyan had been questioned and if there was anyone with a procedural status, Arevik Khachatryan replied, "Harutyunyan has been questioned, and at this moment, there is no one with a procedural status."
