137 Refugees Arrive in Stepanakert by Bus from Yerevan

Russian peacekeepers are facilitating the return of refugees to their homes. According to reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense, 137 refugees have arrived in Stepanakert by bus from Yerevan. Overall, 50,658 people have returned to permanent residence in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Russian peacekeepers are ensuring the safe return of citizens to their places of permanent residence while providing humanitarian aid and restoring civilian infrastructure facilities. Monitoring of the ceasefire regime and situational oversight is being conducted at twenty-seven observation points, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
