Man Attempts Self-Immolation in Central Minsk

A man attempted self-immolation in front of the Government House near Independence Square in central Minsk, as reported by Interfax. The law enforcement officers succeeded in extinguishing the flames and took the man to the hospital. According to preliminary data, 50% of the victim's body has been burned.
