Customers of 'MOGO' to Receive Refunds Following Recalculation, Central Bank States
The 'MOGO' credit organization will return the funds to customers who made full early repayments on their credit obligations between September 1, 2019, and December 31, 2020, and for whom recalculation was not conducted at the time of loan repayment. This was announced by the Central Bank of Armenia.
According to the statement, "The company will return these funds throughout 2021 according to a schedule."
A measure of liability was applied to 'MOGO' LLC based on the decision made by the President of the Central Bank of Armenia on December 23, 2020.
