Residents of the Specified Communities Advised Not to Panic: Ministry of Emergency Situations

The Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia informs that during January 2021, training exercises on the theme of ‘Air Alarm’ will be conducted in the communities of Vardenis, Geghamabak, Akunk, Khachaghbyur, Vanevan, Torfaavan, Shatjrek, Shatvan, Shogakat, Aghberk, Artanish, Jambarak, Vahan, Aigut, Dprabak, Dzoravank, the village of Martuni, Getik, Ttujur, Martuni, Eranos, Tsakqar, Vardenis, Gavar, Noratus, Lanjaghbyur, Gegharkunik, and Sevan in the Gegharkunik province. During this period, electric sirens will be activated for testing purposes.

The residents of these communities are requested not to panic. The Regional Rescue Department of Gegharkunik province seeks the understanding of residents.
