Hayk Khamoyan Meets with Artsakh Parliamentarians to Discuss Territorial Management Issues Arising from War
On January 8, Hayk Khamoyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh, held a meeting with the parliamentary forces of Artsakh. During the meeting, several issues related to territorial management that have arisen as a result of the war were discussed. The President of the Artsakh National Assembly, Arthur Tovmasyan, also participated in the discussion.
