47,834 People Have Returned to Artsakh
With the escort of Russian peacekeeping forces and military police, 181 people returned to Artsakh in one day, having previously left their homes due to military operations. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
"In total, 47,834 people have returned to Artsakh," the Russian Ministry of Defense stated.
By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated November 10, 2020, a contingent of Russian peacekeepers was deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh. The core of the contingent consists of the 15th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Central Military District. The commander of the peacekeepers is Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.
