Armenia Acquires 8 Large Oxygen Production Stations and 400 Individual Oxygen Concentrators
Armenia has acquired 8 large oxygen production stations, 400 individual oxygen concentrators, 100,000 coronavirus testing kits, 200,000 sampling sticks, as well as protective masks and clothing to aid in the fight against the coronavirus.
It is noteworthy that 2 of the oxygen production stations were made possible through funding from “UCLA’s Operation Armenia” and with the support of the Armenian General Benevolent Union. This is a vivid example of the strong ties and close cooperation between Armenia and the diaspora.
Recall that only this year, 8 oxygen production stations have been installed in medical centers across the republic. In total, there are currently 16 stations, which will greatly facilitate the organization of uninterrupted and efficient operations in the fight against COVID-19.
