Applying to the Road Police to Avoid Administrative Responsibility for Violations During the War
Due to the military actions unleashed by the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 27, 2020, there are provisions regarding violations of the requirements of road traffic safety legislation. If individuals have appropriate justifications for committing these violations under the extreme necessity defined by Article 17 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Armenia, they are encouraged to apply to the Road Police for exemption from administrative responsibility. This information has been reported by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
Applications can be submitted to the Road Police either by sending them to the address: 9 Admiral Isakov Avenue, Yerevan, or via the email address [email protected].
