Three People Killed in Goris-Kapan Highway Car Accident
As previously reported, on December 28 at 20:44, the Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center received a call indicating that a car had gone off the Goris-Kapan highway and fallen into a ravine.
Two firefighting teams from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a "Mitsubishi Montero" vehicle (driven by Aharon Kh.) had gone off the highway at the 10th kilometer and fallen approximately 300 meters into the ravine.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, rescuers discovered the bodies of the driver and two passengers. Firefighters are currently working to retrieve the bodies from the ravine.
