Armen Pambukhchyan Appointed First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations
By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armen Pambukhchyan has been appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations.
"Guided by Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Public Service, Armen Pambukhchyan is appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, relieving him from the position of Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations," the decision states.
