Kapan Mayor Proposes Allowing Hunting Weapons for Residents of Border Villages in Syunik Province
The mayor of Kapan, Gevorg Paryan, has proposed granting permission for residents of border villages in Syunik province to carry hunting weapons. He made this statement during a working discussion held in the National Assembly.
Paryan emphasized that this measure is necessary for security reasons, especially after several communities in Syunik have become adjacent to areas under Azerbaijani control.
