Head of the Armed Forces General Staff Visits Syunik Province

The head of the Armed Forces General Staff, Lieutenant General Onik Gasparyan, made a working visit to Syunik Province on December 19.

During his visit, the Chief of the General Staff held a consultation with the personnel of the military unit and representatives of local self-government bodies, discussing the current situation and future actions.

Lieutenant General Onik Gasparyan became acquainted with the concerns of the residents of Syunik and discussed issues related to border protection and ensuring security, as well as ways to address existing problems with participants of the consultation.
