Parliamentary Council Re-convenes to Discuss Gagik Tsarukyan's Mandate Termination
The National Assembly's Council of the Republic of Armenia has convened once again regarding the termination of the powers of Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia faction, to amend the decision to appeal to the Constitutional Court.
The agenda includes an amendment to the Council’s decision dated November 24, 2020, regarding the appeal to the Constitutional Court concerning the termination of the powers of National Assembly deputy Gagik Tsarukyan, identified as decision No. АԺԽո-065.
Specifically, the amendment proposes to add the following content to the decision: “1.1 This decision shall be sent to the Constitutional Court with the accompanying application within the time frame specified by law.” This decision takes effect from the moment of publication.
The session is scheduled to start at 13:00.
