We are currently in a state of uncertainty and abandonment. This was stated by independent MP Tuguhy Tovmasyan during a session in the National Assembly.

“Why did the Armenian citizen stay alone with an Azerbaijani soldier? Where is our border service, where is our army, where are the peacekeepers, and where is the state as an institution? Why is the citizen asking the Azerbaijani to take his belongings out of his house? Where have we come to?” she said.
