Spanish Congressman from Stepanakert: The International Community Must Act Quickly
Spanish Congressman John Inyariyitu, who is currently in Artsakh, published a video this morning from in front of the bombed hospital in Stepanakert, calling on the international community to act swiftly to prevent a new genocide.
"Good morning from Stepanakert. Azerbaijan and Turkey are targeting the citizens of Artsakh. The international community must act quickly to prevent Azerbaijan from committing a new genocide," says Inyariyitu.
