Involving Any Country in the Resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh Issue Requires Agreement from Armenia and Azerbaijan
Involving any country in the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue requires agreement from both Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to TASS, this statement was made by Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the President of Russia, in response to a question regarding whether Turkey should be involved in the next round of negotiations.
“Here, the perspectives of both sides are important, referring to the conflicting parties, Armenia and Azerbaijan. Only they can provide agreement or express a desire for the participation of any specific state in the resolution process,” said the Kremlin representative.
