Damage to Population and Infrastructure Due to Azerbaijan's Aggression as of October 26
Results from the fact-finding mission of the Human Rights Defender’s Office of Artsakh have updated data concerning the consequences of Azerbaijani crimes against the civilian population of Artsakh since September 27.
As of October 26, a total of 39 civilians have been killed due to the targeting of residential areas by Azerbaijan, including 1 infant girl, 7 women, and 31 men. A total of 122 individuals have sustained physical injuries, of which 102 have serious injuries. Among the injured, 83 are male and 19 female citizens.
The material damage inflicted on 150 settlements of the Republic of Artsakh is significant, specifically affecting 11,600 private immovable properties, 1,600 private movable properties, and 2,100 infrastructures, alongside public and industrial facilities.
