The Truth About the Outcomes of the NKAO Negotiations in the U.S.: Insights from O'Brien
U.S. National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien has presented the truth about the outcomes of the negotiations held in the United States regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. “Armenia has agreed to a ceasefire, which Azerbaijan has not yet done. We are urging them to do that,” he stated.
It is noteworthy that on October 23, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan went on an official visit to the U.S., where they held separate meetings with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
