And You Gave Me ‘Otkaz’ in Goris: Avinyan Publishes Excerpt from Humorous Conversation
Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan has published an excerpt of a humorous conversation between Armenia's Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan and the Deputy Prime Minister's driver on his Facebook page.
“- This is our Minister. – It’s not important. – This is also Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister. – Your job isn’t important either. – He is the Minister of Territorial Administration. – No, it’s not important. – How can it not be important? There’s no need for asphalt in Sisian. – What do I need asphalt for? My tank goes well on dirt too. – What's your name then? – My name is Saro. – What’s your job? – I am the Deputy Prime Minister’s driver. – Now your job is important.
Turning towards Torosyan, he adds: “And you gave me ‘otkaz’ in Goris.” – “What did I give you ‘otkaz’ for?” – “You gave me ‘otkaz’ again.” – “Ahh, I remember, the blood on your bandage hadn’t dried yet, you wanted to come back. So, you came.”
