Vagharshak Harutyunyan Appointed Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a new decision today, August 18, stating: "Guided by part 10 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Vagharshak Harutyunyan is appointed as Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister."
