Accident at the Intersection of Ulnetsu and Sevaki Streets: Injuries Reported
On July 21, at 19:51, the Crisis Management National Center received a report that an accident had occurred at the intersection of Ulnetsu and Sevaki streets, with injuries reported.
Rescue teams from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Fire and Rescue Department in Yerevan, along with a special rescue team from the Operational Rescues Division, were dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that a "Mercedes-Benz" (driver: Ashot S.) collided with a "Skoda" (driver: Armen Sh., born in 1975). As a result of the accident, the passengers of the "Mercedes-Benz" (Jirvard G., Hakob S., and Grigor) and Armen Sh. sustained various degrees of bodily injuries.
Rescue workers extricated Jirvard G. from the vehicle and brought him to the ambulance; the injured individuals were hospitalized at the "Heratsi" hospital complex, where doctors assessed their condition as serious.
The rescuers also disconnected the battery of the "Skoda" and closed the gas valve of the "Mercedes-Benz" vehicle.
