US-Azerbaijan Relations Bill Approved: Suren Sargsyan

US Congressman Frank Pallone's initiated bill has been approved. It demands transparency in the Pentagon's foreign aid and grant programs. Although the bill does not mention Azerbaijan by name, it is entirely relevant to US-Azerbaijan relations.
