Mamedyarov Accuses Armenia of Provocations and Involvement of Third Countries in the Conflict
The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov discussed the situation at the border with Armenia during a phone conversation with the Russian co-chairman of the Minsk Group, Igor Popov, and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk.
According to the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mamedyarov accused Armenia of "provocations and intentions to involve third countries in the conflict, as well as distracting the Armenian public's attention from internal issues."
