EU Special Representative on Tensions at the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border
The European Union’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, has made a statement on Twitter regarding the situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
“I am deeply concerned about the gunfire at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. It is important for both countries to exercise restraint and utilize all communication channels, both direct and through the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group,” he wrote.
