Suspendations at the Ministry of Environment's Forest Committee and Hayantar SNCO by the State Health Inspectorate
The State Health Inspectorate's monitoring work on compliance with anti-epidemic safety standards continues throughout Armenia. Following intensified monitoring, the Inspectorate reports ongoing suspension actions based on identified violations.
Among today's list of over twenty suspensions are the Ministry of Environment's Forest Committee, Hayantar SNCO, branches of credit organizations, and individual entrepreneurs. Additionally, a 48-hour ban has been imposed on the Kapan-based entity 'Merі Matevosyan'.
Strengthened inspections by the State Health Inspectorate were conducted today in Yerevan's Erebuni administrative district, where such inspections have occurred multiple times before. Special attention is given to operators associated with received complaints.
Violations continue to be recorded among the businesses visited by the Inspectorate's representatives, particularly concerning disinfectant materials, designated sealed bins for masks, markings for maintaining social distance, thermometers, and temperature logging records.
The Inspectorate urges businesses to strictly observe the established safety norms to prevent COVID-19 infections and actively monitors compliance. The head of the Inspectorate decides to suspend operations for any businesses that repeatedly violate safety regulations during daily checks.
Moreover, the Inspectorate reminds that in cases of repeated violations, decisions for longer-term suspensions will be enforced. Non-compliance with the head's decision may result in administrative liability.
