Journalist Hakob Rubinyan wrote on his Facebook page: ‘I have never been a supporter of either the [Bright Armenia Party] or Naira Zohrabyan, as evidenced by my numerous posts on the subject. However, when I read the call of the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan to N. Zohrabyan, I decided to say a few things.

Firstly, as a man: Arsen jan, tgha jan, haven’t they taught you that you should speak with respect to a woman?

Secondly, as a journalist and screenwriter: the form and style of your address is absolutely neither clever, nor sarcastic, nor ironic. It reminds me of a bearded anecdote with the logic of ‘well, why didn’t you wear a hat,' from which one can smell self-admiration from a kilometer away.

Thirdly, as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia: are you really convinced that the health entrusted to you of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia is in ideal condition, that you’ve resorted to a war of words?

P.S. I do not address you with ‘you’ because I see neither the necessity nor the meaning of it…’
