Court Hearing in Case of Serzh Sargsyan and Others Postponed
The court hearing of the case involving the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, and others was postponed at the Avan and Nor-Nork court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan, presided over by Judge Vahe Misakyan. The next session is scheduled for August 6.
It is noteworthy that Serzh Sargsyan and the other defendants were not present at the court session. Judge Vahe Misakyan stated that the absence of participants in future sessions is considered by the court to be unjustifiable due to the pandemic.
