According to Rumors, They Want to Appoint the Godfather of Electoral Fraud as a Constitutional Court Judge in Armenia: Karen Kocharyan
Political technologist Karen Kocharyan writes on his Facebook page: “According to rumors, they want to appoint a judge to the Constitutional Court who is the Godfather of electoral fraud in Armenia. A person who, according to rumors, closed Robert Amirkhanyan (the Chairman of the Central Election Commission at that time) with a key in 1995, so he could read the 'results' of elections and referendums from the podium of the National Assembly. A person who, back in 2000 or 2001, announced from that same podium that he could not speak about October 27, as he was an official. Everything will be said when he is out of office. Since 2008, he has not held any position, but he has said nothing until now. And finally, a person who, according to rumors, has been involved in covering up the hundreds of crimes of various 'generals.' P.S. Hello justice, we have been waiting for you.”
P.S. It is likely that the reference is to former military prosecutor Gagik Jhangiryan, whose name is recently circulating as a candidate for the Constitutional Court judge position.
