Robert Kocharyan to Attend Today's Court Hearing

The hearing related to the criminal case against the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and former officials Yuri Khachaturov, Seyran Ohanyan, and Armen Gevorgyan will continue today at the Shengavit residence of the General Jurisdiction Court, presided over by Anna Danibekyan.

It is noteworthy that Robert Kocharyan has been released from detention following the appeal court's decision and has been discharged from the Izmirlian Medical Center, where he had been for post-operative rehabilitation.

The Prosecutor General's Office has appealed the appeal court's decision, while Kocharyan's defense team has announced that he will be present at today’s court hearing.

Let us remind that the second president is accused of undermining the constitutional order and receiving large-scale bribes.
