Ambulance Service Reports Overload in 1-03 System
The 1-03 emergency call registration system is currently overloaded due to a high volume of incoming calls. This information comes from the Facebook page of the 'Emergency Medical Assistance' company.
The full announcement is as follows:
“Dear citizens,
The 1-03 emergency call registration system is overloaded due to numerous incoming calls. Currently, the system can accept only 6 calls at a time; when there are 7 or more simultaneous calls, the 1-03 hotline is busy.
The likelihood of encountering this issue is particularly high during peak hours, from 18:00 to 24:00, when we receive up to 130-150 calls within an hour. The processing of each call and the transfer to the appropriate medical brigade takes 3-5 minutes. Currently, the Yerevan ambulance service handles around 1200 calls daily through 50 medical brigades, with an additional 300 calls made for consultation purposes.
