Nine People Die from Coronavirus in the Last Day; Total Deaths Reach 302

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reports that the patients who died were aged 64 (female), 69 (female), 80 (female), 72 (female), 67 (female), 72 (male), 59 (male), 42 (male), and 68 (female). Except for the last patient, all had accompanying chronic diseases.

On the previous day, there were 3 recorded deaths where patients were confirmed to have the coronavirus infection; however, their death was due to other diseases. The total number of such cases is 99.

As of June 17 at 11:00 AM, there have been a total of 18,033 confirmed cases of coronavirus, of which 6,814 have recovered, and 302 have resulted in death. Currently, there are 10,818 patients receiving treatment for the coronavirus. In total, 87,600 tests have been conducted.

Thus, there are 544 new confirmed cases of coronavirus and 243 recoveries.
