Nagorno-Karabakh Authorities Establish Exceptions for Border-Crossing Cargo Vehicles
The State Minister of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, has signed a decision that amends the previous decision No. 1 from April 13. According to the new ruling, exceptions have been made regarding testing procedures for drivers and escorts of cargo transport vehicles entering the Republic of Artsakh, as well as for individuals involved in agricultural or horticultural activities.
Effective immediately, these individuals must present their COVID-19 test results to the health ministry staff at the checkpoints. For PCR tests, the result must not be older than ten days, while for rapid tests, it must not exceed seven days.
