Arsen Abrahamyan Appointed Chief Secretary of Shirak Province
Arsen Abrahamyan has been appointed as the Chief Secretary of the Shirak Province of Armenia, as per the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to the decision, "Guided by Article 10, Section 16 of the Law on Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia, Section 1 of Article 16, and based on points 147 and 151 of the decision N 1554-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated December 27, 2018, Arsen Aleksani Abrahamyan is appointed as the Chief Secretary of the Shirak Province of the Republic of Armenia."
