National Security Service Submits Request to Detain Tsarukyan
According to SHANTNEWS, the National Security Service has submitted a request to the court to detain Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK).
It is noteworthy that today, Gagik Tsarukyan has been stripped of his parliamentary immunity. This decision was made through a closed secret voting in the National Assembly, with a result of 87 votes in favor and 0 against.
With the same voting ratio, the National Assembly has also approved the Prosecutor General's request to deprive Tsarukyan of his freedom and detain him.
