One of the Judges Acquitting Gagik Tsarukyan is the Father of NSS Head Sasun Khachatryan
Former Minister of Emergency Situations Hrachya Rostomyan posted a photo on his Facebook page, announcing that Gagik Tsarukyan has been acquitted years after being accused of rape.
“Years ago, there was a Supreme Court ruling acquitting him. Thank God there are people who know the truth, that this story is based on a common tale of ordinary blackmail,” Rostomyan wrote on Facebook.
According to the document, one of the judges who acquitted Gagik Tsarukyan is Mher Khachatryan, the father of NSS head Sasun Khachatryan.
It should be noted that since June 8, details related to Gagik Tsarukyan regarding a group rape and robbery case have been widely circulated on the internet. According to the publication, Gagik Tsarukyan was sentenced to seven years in prison in 1979.
